We will ship all orders using our standard shipping couriers (usually USPS Priority mail). If you need it faster, we offer you the option to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery through UPS and FedEx at your cost.
While we do ship internationally, to military bases and Alaska and Hawaii, these areas are not covered under our free shipping policy. We also do not offer free shipping on custom orders.
In most cases, all purchases will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and holidays). If the courier provides us one, you will receive a tracking number at the e-mail address on file.

If you find a lower price within 15 days of your purchase from Best4Men, we will send you a gift certificate for 100% of the difference.

• To qualify for our Best Price Guarantee, contact customer service and provide us with:
  1. The online or retail location where you found the lower-priced items (for online locations, specify the website address. For retail locations, specify the address and the phone number. All locations must be in the United States.)
  2. The price (must be in US Dollars).
  3. The product (must be the exact same size and type).
  4. Your order number (if you already placed the order).
  5. The site must offer free shipping, or
  6. The price we will meet will be the cost of the item plus the shipping cost. (Best4Men.com always offers free shipping on every item other sites might be lower, but they charge more for shipping.)

Samples are the best way to try out stuff before you buy it. Plenty of our customers have tried something we carry, and have come back the next week to buy it. That's why we give samples away.

If you find a discount or coupon for any of the products that we carry, that's cool, we'll take it. Just as long as it isn't already on sale or listed as one of our specials. We're here to make everyone happy, but if we did crazy stuff like that, we wouldn't be here for long!
