We pack our orders very carefully. If something is wrong with your order or it is damaged, please contact our customer service. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box). Mr. Dude will get back to you with instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.

UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item's purchase price. Of course we will gladly pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after 15 days or opened products.

Under no circumstance do we resell returned merchandise.

We try to turn around orders the same day. Please allows us 24-48 hours excluding weekends. At the moment we ship almost exclusively USPS Priority mail meaning you will get your order in 2 to 3 days. If you do need it sooner, choose one of the next day shipping options. If you have an emergency (and a huge wallet) we'll be happy to get on the next flight to your neck of the woods & drop it in your hands.

International shipping fees, customs and insurance are not covered under our free shipping special. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

If your order is over $150, at your request we will include our standard gift wrap for free. Let us know you want it gift wrapped in the "Comments" section when you check out. If your order is below $150, you can purchase our standard gift wrap by adding it to your shopping cart. We offer other gift wrapping options at additional cost - please contact us for more info.
