What is your exchange / return policy?
You may exchange or return any UNOPENED items in NEW condition within 15 days of receipt. We will refund you the full price of the product minus any return shipping charges. To initiate an exchange / return request, please contact customer service. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box) and the reason for exchange / return. To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after 15 days or opened products. Under no circumstance do we resell returned merchandise. |

What are our shipping options?
All orders over $30 (excluding tax), shipped to an address in the Continental United States, will receive free standard shipping via USPS Priority or First Class mail. For faster delivery (via UPS or FedEx), you can chose to upgrade shipping at an additional cost.
If an order total is less than $30 (excluding tax), a flat rate of $3 will be charged for shipping.
In most cases, all purchases will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering (excluding weekends and holidays). If a courier provides package tracking service, you will receive a tracking number at the e-mail address on file.

Yes, upon request. Our shipping specials (free shipping, flat rate shipping) do not apply on orders shipped

Do you offer gift wrapping?
If your order total is over $150 (excluding tax), at your request we will include our standard gift wrap for free. Let us know you want it gift wrapped in the "Comments" section when you check out. If your order is below $150, you
can purchase our standard gift wrap by adding it to your shopping cart. We offer customized gift wrapping options at additional cost - please contact us for more info.
